The BodyICE Woman breast pads have been designed to fit comfortably inside the bra and around the nipples to provide relief from soreness associated with breastfeeding, blocked milk ducts and engorgement. The breast pads are cleverly designed to conform around a breast pump and when heated help ease the flow of milk and blocked milk ducts.

Uses for Hot & Cold Breast Pads:

The BodyICE Woman breast pads provide relief from soreness associated with a number of breast-related ailments. These include breast surgery, breast feeding, blocked milk ducts, engorgement and general soreness.

The BodyICE Woman pads are perfect for the nursing mother. The breast pads are cleverly designed to conform around your breast pump and when heated, can help ease the flow of milk and blocked milk ducts.

What You’ll Find in your Breast Pack

Each breast pack from BodyICE Woman® contains:
2 x gel bead breast packs (for hot or cold use)
2 x washable breast sleeves

Instructions for Use:

Heat or cool the BodyICE Woman®  range as per the following instructions.

Cold Therapy: Place in freezer without disposable sleeves for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved. Once your ice pack begins losing temperature, repeat this process until the desired level of cooling is achieved.

Heat Therapy: Submerge in hot water without disposable sleeves or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5-second increments until desired temperature is achieved. Always test temperature before application.

•700 Watt Microwave: 20 seconds

•1000 Watt Microwave: 15 seconds

•1200 Watt Microwave: 10 seconds

Cleaning: Wash your breast pack with warm soapy water. You can also hand wash your breast pack sleeves and air dry for continued use.

How to Wear our Breast Pads

Slip on the protective, washable sleeves provided and place directly on breasts inside bra. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until the skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.

What are our Breast Pads made of?

Our gel inserts are made from non-toxic gel beads and are TGA certified which means you don’t need to fill your breast pads with ice or warm water in order to use them. Our outer sleeves are also washable and hygienic.
