Women’s Health Physiotherapy
Women’s Health Physiotherapy focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions affecting women throughout their lives, particularly related to reproductive and pelvic health. This specialised area of physiotherapy addresses issues such as pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain, pre and postnatal care, and recovery after childbirth or surgery. The aim is to improve physical function, manage pain, and enhance overall well-being through personalized exercise programs, manual therapy, and patient education.

- Antenatal pelvic floor advice
- Postpartum Physio check up
- Postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation
- Urinary incontinence (involuntary loss of urine)
- Faecal incontinence (involuntary loss of bowel motion or wind)
- Dyspareunia (painful sex)
- Pelvic organ prolapse (vaginal heaviness or bulging sensation)
- Weak pelvic floor muscles
- Urgency (urgent need to urinate) & frequency (frequent need to go to the toilet)
