Returns and Exchanges
At Nurtured Birth, each item is thoroughly checked prior to packing for shipping. We take care in packing the item so that it arrives to you ready to be assembled and used. If you have received a damaged item, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving.
As per your rights set out by Consumer Affairs, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it. Is unsafe. Is significantly different from the sample or description. Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for intimate body-health products such as Haakaa, Body Ice, Silverette & Dentons pillows. Due to the digital nature of some products, digital items, including but not limited to our Meditation Bundles, are not able to be exchanged or refunded.
If you feel that the item you have received is faulty, please contact us via email nurtured@nurturedbirth.com.au so that we can assist in helping you with your item.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Gift voucher purchases cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers may be used for any service offered at Nurtured Birth.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on this Site, including without limit, the text, graphics, logos and copyright works is owned by Nurtured Birth (or our relevant content supplier). We are the exclusive owner of all rights in the compilation, design and layout of this Site.
Right to use Site and Content
You may access, view and print the content on this Site provided you only use that content for informational, personal and non-commercial purposes.
