Dr Nic (she/her) is a seasoned practitioner in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) since 2008. She has a wealth of experience and expertise in providing support and assurance to women throughout the many transitions of life they move through, particular preconception health, reproductive and postnatal care.

Dr Nic’s dedication to TCM is cornerstone of her professional journey and is a compass for herself and her family. Her desire is to keep things simple with the basics of life such as healthful food, great sleep, kindness and presence. Nicole has a gentle and open approach, much like she would like to be treated herself and it is her goal to see clients thrive and have confidence and trust in themselves.

Dr Nic’s extensive knowledge in this ancient healing art is complemented with her background in childbirth education for couples wanting to create a positive birth experience. She understands the physical and emotional challenges that women (& their partners) may face during pregnancy and childbirth and strives to create a supportive and nurturing environment. Her collaborative approach of weaving TCM with creative, easy skills such as breath work, meditation and movement has been a powerful tool for couples to learn.

Outside of the clinic, Dr Nic is a mother of four, keen meditator, book lover, wine taster, and advocate for all things Yin. She loves a market, a weekend away and baking vegetables into cakes. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine including Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine and is a member of ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society). She is a registered and licensed practitioner with the Chinese Medicine Registration Board & AHPRA.
